Hypnosis works by relaxing both the body and mind to a safe and natural level to allow direct communication with the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind controls and regulates body temperature, stores memories and is the part of the mind that asks no questions, has no perceptions, opinions or views. Without the ability to decipher what is right, wrong and false, hypnosis restructures and refines deep rooted emotions within the subconscious mind, which in turn can facilitate changes on a conscious level.

In an hypnotic state the subconscious mind is highly responsive to suggestion and direction. Using the power of your own subconscious mind Rapid Transformational Therapy gets directly to the root cause of your issue. We look into key moments in your life where you created self-limiting beliefs, negative patterns of behaviour and change those to create new, healthier systems of thinking. I do this by helping you go back and re-interpreting the beliefs you created.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a form of neuroscience that changes the neural pathways in your brain. When you experience negative and stressful emotions you go into what is called a high-beta brain frequency, commonly known as the fight or flight response. Because of our highly stressful, modern lives we spend a lot of time in beta-frequency, which impacts us both emotionally and physically. In an RTT session the hypnotherapist will use techniques to bring you into what is called alpha-frequency that is a state of relaxation and theta-frequency when your body is asleep but your mind is awake. In these frequencies it is much easier for your brain to process information as the conscious mind is less active, dropping below it’s analytical and logical thinking allowing us to create deep, long lasting and profound change.
This incredibly quick way of working can be effective in just one session for things like quitting smoking, fears and phobias. Up to three sessions may be required for deeper issues such as anxiety, depression and other mental health issues and addictions.
