Ankita graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Masters of Osteopathy and is a registered osteopath with the general osteopathic council. After graduation, Ankita promoted osteopathy as a complementary medicine in India. She ran her own clinic in Mumbai and worked in an elite sport’s orthopaedic hospital for 2 and a half years, where she also mentored 5th year osteopathy students from Australia who interned in the hospital.
Ankita is passionate about allowing patients to improve, understand and promote self-management of their conditions. She has also done a course in dry needling and an obstetrics course. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, with a special interest in sports injuries, neck and upper back conditions, knee pain, lower back conditions, pregnancy and postpartum care.
Ankita is a volunteer for the night watch charity, enjoys learning about healthy cooking and practises pilates.
