Meet our new Sexuality & Intimacy Coach

Here at CPMC its always an exciting period when we recruit a new practitioner with years of experience and a real passion for what they do. We pride ourselves on our extensive medical and health offering, yet we always strive to add new ones to the mix, in this case, it is the area of Sexology and Intimacy.

Sexology covers many different fields such as Psychology, Biology, gender studies, medicine and more. Many people may use a sexuality and intimacy coach to try and gain themselves a healthier and happier sex life. Coaching can be done with both partners or independently, depending on what you seek out of the consultation.

Jaya Shivani has been interested in the deeper meaning of sexuality and conscious relationships since her early twenties, however she started her journey into studying this in the spring of 2010. The first three years Jaya learnt about sexology around the world and dived into the ancient eastern teachings about sexuality, amongst them the traditions of Indian Tantra and Chinese Taoism.

From 2013 Jaya started working as a Sexuality and Intimacy Coach and quickly became one of Estonia’s most known experts in that area, with an impressive client list from people around the world, including celebrities, CEO’s and Royalty.

Over the years, Jaya has worked with hundreds of men and women helping them to heal and balance their sexuality and bringing their relationship into the next level. The last 3 years she has taught many workshops in different countries around the world, including Bali, India, Russia, Latvia and Estonia, and has been featured in Estonian magazines and on television several times.

Jaya explains: “There is an unconscious way and a conscious way to practice sexuality. The unconscious way keeps us locked in shame, guilt and fear. It makes us suffer in our intimate relationships and effects our overall wellbeing. The conscious way of practicing sexuality brings us closer to our partners, more harmony into the relationship and has strong effects on our physical and emotional health.”

For one and a half years Jaya also ran a monthly blog in a Women’s Health and Awareness magazine “Sensa”. She has extensive experience in different things, amongst them nutrition, yoga and many alternative medicines from around the world.

Jaya brings the knowledge from the eastern teachings and her experiences into the western world making it accessible for everyone, no matter what their religious or spiritual background.

For the last 10 years Jaya has been very passionate about a healthy and balanced lifestyle, which she believes allows us to bring better quality into our every day life, which she wants to continue practising here in Chelsea.

“I am looking forward to practising at CPMC, I have worked with many different clients over the years and seen how much of a difference it can make for ourselves and in our relationships when we start to understand sexuality in depth and heal our wounds around it.”

Jaya starts practising at CPMC on Monday 22nd May. If you would like to book an appointment to see her, call us today on: 0207 838 6180
